Refund Policy

Credits returned automatically on day 15 if Googlebot does not visit. No forms. No waiting.

IndexMyURL operates on a 15-day verification cycle. After you submit a URL:

We send crawl signals and discovery path notifications immediately.

We monitor whether Googlebot visits the URL over the following 15 days.

If Googlebot does not visit within 15 days, the credit used for that URL is automatically returned to your account balance.

No form, no support ticket, no waiting. The refund is applied automatically at the end of the cycle.

Credits are refunded — not money. IndexMyURL operates on a credit system. When a URL does not receive a Googlebot visit within 15 days, the credit spent on that URL is returned to your credit balance.

Refunded credits are available immediately and can be used for new submissions without restriction.

A Googlebot visit is confirmed when our verification system detects the URL in Google's index via the Google Custom Search API, or when Googlebot is detected visiting the URL during the 15-day monitoring cycle.

Verification runs every hour during days 1–3 and every 24 hours from day 4 onwards.

Credits are not refunded in the following cases:

URL returns an error: the URL responds with a 4xx or 5xx HTTP status code at processing time. These URLs are identified in the pre-check and are not charged in the first place.

Noindex directive: the URL has a noindex meta tag or X-Robots-Tag header. Also identified in pre-check — not charged.

Duplicate URL: the same URL is submitted more than once within the same campaign. Duplicates are detected and not charged.

Manually cancelled: if you cancel a campaign before the 15-day cycle completes.

In all cases listed above, credits are either not charged initially (pre-check) or handled transparently in the dashboard.

We do not offer monetary refunds on credit purchases. Credits never expire, so unused credits remain available indefinitely.

If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical fault on our side, contact hello@indexmyurl.com and we will review your case within 5 business days.

Each credit covers both Google crawl signals (15-day cycle) and AI search discovery (IndexNow to Bing — immediate). The Bing IndexNow confirmation is instantaneous and verifiable.

The automatic refund policy is based on Googlebot visit confirmation. Bing IndexNow delivery is confirmed in real time and is not subject to the 15-day refund cycle.

You can see all automatic refunds in your dashboard under Billing → Credit history. Each refund shows the URL, the campaign, the date the cycle ended and the credit amount returned.

Refunds appear in your balance immediately when applied at the end of the 15-day cycle.
