Terms of Service

By creating an account or using IndexMyURL (indexmyurl.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free accounts.

IndexMyURL is a backlink indexing and AI search discovery platform. The service submits URLs through crawl signal and discovery path channels and verifies whether search engine bots visit them within a 15-day cycle.

We create crawl signals and discovery paths that help search engines find your URLs. We do not guarantee indexation — we guarantee the signals and, if Googlebot does not visit within 15 days, an automatic credit refund.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use IndexMyURL. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Credits are purchased in one-time packages. There are no subscriptions.

Credits never expire.

1 credit = 1 URL processed through the full signal cycle.

New accounts receive 10 free credits upon registration, no credit card required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable VAT is added at checkout for EU customers.

If Googlebot does not visit a submitted URL within 15 days of submission, the credit used for that URL is automatically returned to your account balance. This refund is applied without any action required from you.

The refund applies to credits only — not to monetary payments. Credits refunded under this policy can be used immediately for new submissions.

The refund does not apply if: the URL returns a 4xx or 5xx error at the time of processing, the URL has a noindex directive, or the URL is a duplicate within the same campaign.

You agree not to use IndexMyURL to:

Submit URLs that violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the platform's API.

Resell credits or access to the service without written permission.

Submit malicious, phishing or spam URLs.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues or force majeure events may cause downtime. Credits are not consumed during service outages affecting the indexing engine.

IndexMyURL and all associated branding, code and content are owned by Jesús Rafael Arjona Montalvo. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process those URLs for the purpose of delivering the service.

IndexMyURL is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of rankings, traffic or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of credits purchased in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that submitting URLs through our service will result in indexation by Google or any other search engine.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Córdoba, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
